The aim of the charity is to provide a safe, warm and welcoming space and other facilities for economic development, recreation and leisuretime occupation in the interests of social and economic welfare and with the object of improving the economic and social conditions of life of those people residing or working in the locality and city wide.To promote equal opportunities within the organisation and work towards the elimination of discrimination.

With the variety of services within the Charitable organisation we provide a venue for Older people to meet on a regular basis combining healthy eating and social interaction.A space for Young people who meet on a weekly basis and practice Dance and Drama.We host a training facility to encourage people back into employment.Work in partnership with the NHS for people with Diabetes a clinic which is held bi-weekly and also an active Mental Health outreach worker available 5 days a week.

We have increased the number of people attending the services and activities we offer.People who have been isolated and vulnerable are enjoying social activities which in turn improves their social well being, social interaction and their mental and physical health.The wider community has benefited through education,training,advice and guidance,reducing the fear of crime,Sexual Health Awareness,dangers of Drugs and Alcohol,Healthy living,Physical and Mental Health programmes.
