We meet formally 6 times a year, with guest speakers and manufacturers present to show and talk about their products and answer members' questions. We have a raffle, Bingo and refreshments, enabling members and their families to enjoy an afternoon out with good company and conversation and information. Trained visitors go out to new and prospective ostomists at the request of the Hospital's stoma clinic and surgeons or individuals who need someone to talk to. We produce a quarterly newsletter.

We seek to provide non-medical advice & support to patients & thier families before & after stoma surgery. We cover every type of Ostomy & are currently the only support group in the Wiltshire area that meet regularly. We have trained visitors to speak to ostomists in their homes, at meetings or when they are in the Hospital. We provide support at a difficult time.

We offer free transport to Hospital for stays and clinics, and for visiting relatives if they have no other means of transport.
