Whaley Bridge Lunch Club cooks up a tasty home-made two course meal on the second and fourth Thursday of the month for the elderley, isolated or vulnerable residents of Whaley Bridge and the surrounding area. There is a nominal charge of £3.50 which includes tea and coffee. Our guests enjoy meeting up and having a chat, and our trusty volunteers join the guests for lunch and report that they enjoy the club greatly! Puddings are a firm favorite and there is usually enough for seconds.

We are the only lunch club in the area. Our members are amongst the most isolated and vulnerable in our community and as such they really value getting out and having a sociable time - not to mention a good nutritious meal.
