We help to get people into work thus benefitting themselves, their family and the local community by providing a skilled workforce who are not reliant on benefits. We provide a safe environment for people to build social networks, develop friendships and establish community links.

In 2 years we helped 1,000 people. Of that number, we helped 674 into paid employment, volunteering, further education or training. We also help trainees to access work placements or work experience, and provide 1-2-1 employment support and advice for those ready to take the next step.
