Team Mount Toubkal

The team will take on the might challenge of climbing to the summit of Mount Toubkal in September 2024 - this is the highest mountain in North Africa and 4 times higher than Scafell Pike!
They will be rewarded with the sunrise of a lifetime and earn the views from the Marrakech Plain and High Atlas peaks all the way to the Anti-Atlas and the Sahara.
Day one will be around a 6 hour hike to the refuge on the mountain where they will spend the night before an early start on day 2!
Day 2 will be a very early, cold rise to get to the summit. The team will set off around 4am, in the dark and take on the steep ascents before summiting and completing the climb. However, it is not over there, they then have a 10 hour descent back to base.
