Bath City Farm is a working community Farm set on 37 acres in Southdown, Bath.
We support and empower people with mental health challenges or additional learning needs by providing skill based courses, volunteering and workshops.
We're also a free visitor attraction providing education and enjoyment for families and children with a play park, wildlife, farm animals, walking trails, events and a cafe. It costs around £1400 a day to run the Farm and every pound that you donate counts and makes a difference.
Please join our community by becoming a monthly donator and help secure the future of the farm.

Why the community needs us
Our neighbourhood is within the 20% of most deprived areas in England. It also has the highest proportion of children living in poverty in the county. We deliver 10 different farm-based projects under two programmes, Roots to Health - which supports adults with complex health and social needs and Branching Out - to improve the lives for children and young people facing adversity. We benefit the wider community by providing a visitor and education centre in horticulture, nature and farming.

Our impact on the community
Starting life in the early 1990s, the farm has grown in response to demand and now supports over 1300 people a year to make a true difference to their lives. We also maintain the site as a free community resource and welcome around 50 000 visitors a year to our Farm.
