ADAPT Youth Dance meet every Friday weekly during term time at Oxford House Creative Hub, 29 Manor Street, PL1 1TW from 5pm to 6pm. We are always looking for dancers to join the company so please contact classes@eximdance.org.uk for more information.

ADAPT Youth Dance is a weekly dance group for young people age 12-25 years with and without disabilities, behaviour disorders and those in care arrangements.

Our aim is to raise aspirations and confidence in a non judgemental and safe environment, offering participants an opportunity to engage in enjoyable dance wellbeing activities.

Our role within the sessions is not only to encourage movement, but also progression in the participants personal lives, signpost to relevant opportunities and boost future career prospects.

With your donations these wonderful sessions can continue to run and the young people can gain more skills and confidence within dance and performing and other social skills. Thank you!
