We enable young people to discover and use their talents in order to further themselves and their community. We provide young people with a safe environment in which to expand their minds, learn new skills and develop their self-confidence in fun, creative ways. We aim to teach young people the merits of good work ethics, hard work, team building, good leadership, wisdom thinking & love. We equip young people with transferrable skills that can be applied across all areas of their lives.

Why the community needs us
All of our projects are community based, run in partnership with local youth providers across London. We draw upon the expertise and resources of the wider community including local businesses, corporate organisations and the public to provide the best possible project experience for our beneficiaries. Due to our strong presence and social action in the communities we work with, we are often called upon for advise and guidance on youth matters from both an organisational and youth perspective.

Our impact on the community
Our diverse beneficiaries largely demonstrate increased levels of confidence and self esteem, improvements in academic performance, engagement in work experience and other employment opportunities, setting up businesses, reduced anti-social behaviour, establishment of career path and an increased focus. There has been strong development of soft skills - communication, leadership, team building and we also aide the learning and development of young people with SEN.
