Every day our professional and compassionate Key Workers support and help everyday local residents escape the grip of alcohol or drug misuse through Group Therapy sessions, dedicated 121 key work and access to counselling.

Our work is life changing, sometimes life saving.

It is transformational work. A father regaining stability and reconnecting with his children; a woman rebuilding her life after years of dependency; a young person choosing recovery over relapse.

We have services based in the communities in which we work - Welwyn Garden City, Letchworth and Hatfield.

'My addiction has caused me to end up in situations that could have been very dangerous. It has also caused me to have many falls resulting in injuries - some of which could have been fatal. Attending Resolve has helped me to prevent many of these situations from occurring again - on many occasions. So, I consider Resolve as a life-saving organisation - because if it were not for Resolve, I genuinely do believe that I would not be alive today - 100% service.'

Restart is a partnership with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council through the homeless initiatives put in place to tackle and reduce homelessness within the borough.

We support people dealing with alcohol/drug misuse or homelessness on their journey to recovery. With honest, non-judgemental support we provide a safe space for personal growth, helping and challenging individuals thrive and improve their lives.
