Throughout the month of march I am aiming to run 100 miles to raise funds for Get fit 4 Mental wellness I am furtunate to witness 1st hand the amazing work they do.
The charity hold weekly walks throughout the country to encourage people to get fit to help with their physical and mental well-being they also provide ongoing support through their 8 week programmes which provide a holistic approach to people struggling with their mental well-being to thrive they also offer lots of online support and do regular drop sessions on Instagram and Facebook.
The charity continues to go from strength but this would not possible without people's generosity.
