Hi guys,

Saturday will be my 10th and final run and I am so excited to be running with the son's of the Age Concern Twyford and District Social Club's manager. They are absolute legends for coming and joining me on my last 10km run, donations from friends, family and generous locals will be greatly appreciated! See below for the full story!

As many of you know my mum has dementia and came to live with us last year. Since moving here she has started attending the Age Concern Social Club in Twyford, which has been an absolute life line for both her and me! It's a safe, dementia friendly space where she can spend the day being cared for, socialising and even dancing! It also means I can work and look after Dotty knowing that mum is safe, happy and well looked after, easing a lot of the burden of being her main carer.

The centre is in desperate need of a new kitchen and they're currently raising funds to install a new one.

In the lead up to Xmas I am taking on the challenge of a 10km run a week for 10 weeks to help raise money for this cause so close to my heart.
