12 challenges, 12 months
I am raising money for Chiltern Music Therapy this year by completing a different fitness challenge each month.
Chiltern Music Therapy do amazing work in providing Music Therapy and Community Music services and since I started working for them I have seen, first hand, the positive impact that these therapy sessions have. They work in a huge range of settings with varying needs and the work they do is truly wonderful and inspiring.
Any donation is greatly appreciated and will go directly towards helping individuals and families access Music Therapy if they are unable to afford it.

January – 10km run 
February – Duathlon (10km run/40km bike/5km run)
March – Nuts Challenge
April – Half marathon
May – Rat Race ultra marathon (65km run with 400 obstacles)
June – Total Warrior ultra 
July – London to Cambridge bike ride (97km) 
August – 7 peaks challenge (climb 7 peaks in 1 week) (TBC)
September – Marathon (TBC)
October – Edinburgh Spartan ultra marathon
November – Norfolk sportive (125km bike ride)
December – Christmas fun run (TBC)
