Hi everyone! There are around 18K single parents in Cardiff and Swansea. As someone from a single-parent household myself, I understand the struggles young people and parents go through everyday. This is a small initiative from my end to give back to the single parent community in Cardiff and Swansea and support their mental health. I will be doing one push-up for every single parent in Cardiff & Swansea and aim to do 18k push ups by 21st of March 2027 on Single Parents Day. I hope to raise 10K by next year and support mental health services for single parents.
