Fizzy would have turned 42 in August and with me turning 40 this year I wanted to do something to raise money in his memory, I've been lucky enough to be involved recently with some great challenges to raise money and now im doing my own with support of friends and family including Graham's son Vinnie, and of course Eddy and Elaine will be there, along with Maz and Rach and many others already signed up to do all or some of the run.
On the 27th July I will be running a 42 mile ultra marathon around longlands lake, each lap is around 0.7 miles so will need to do around 60, anyone welcome to join us to do 1 lap, 10 laps all the way up to the full lot. Want it to be as inclusive as possible and would love to see people there getting involved.
