So I have decided to sign up for a 5x50 days challenge...
I will be do 5 exercises for 50 days straight.
This is to Raise as much money as we can for Charity..
I will be doing the following exercises for my challenge..
1. I will run 10k
2. I will do 50 Sit Ups
3. I will do 50 Push Ups
4. I will do 50 Squats
5. I will do a Minute Plank
So please donate as little or as much as you can for our local Youth Association.
