Andy's 100 Half Marathons for Glen and Patrick.
I'm in the process of running 100 half marathons, and I'm now closing in on my target with only 10 left! I am running these final 10 in memory of two amazing people, Glen Gilmore and Patrick Crofts.
Glen was one of my best friends who tragically took his own life a couple of years ago. Patrick, son of my good friends Nic and Lynsey, sadly passed away unexpectedly late last year.
As Patrick also suffered with his mental health, with the support of Nic and Lynsey, I have decided to raise money for Contact Morpeth who offer support and counselling to those of us living with mental ill-health and their carers.My aim is to run my 100th Half Marathon on October 22nd at Bamburgh Castle 3 days after the anniversary of Glen passing away. If you could show your support and help me complete my challenge and support this fantastic charity it will be really appreciated. Thank you.
