On Sunday 12th September (next week!!!) I will be taking part in the Great North Run on its 40th anniversary to raise money for 'Together We CIC'.
Together We is a Community Interest Company (CIC) and not for profit organisation providing a range of mental and physical health interventions in Allerdale and Copeland, Cumbria.
