When my friend Amanda asked if anyone wanted jump out of a plane with her - I thought I'm in!

This sky dive is in memory of Olly Stephens, the son of our very close friends Amanda & Stuart who lost Olly at just 13 years old. Olly was tragically the victim of the cruellest knife crime attack, targeted by other young people who he trusted as friends.

We hear about knife crime in the national news, but when it happens to a lovely young lad who we'd known since he was a tiny baby, it's devasting beyond words I'll ever be able to find.

Amanda & Stuart now work tirelessly to make the world a safe place for young people - attending Parliament to help shape the Online Safety Bill and other policies around social media and knife crime, their story has been shared in documentaries filmed for national TV, and they support their local community in Reading by speaking at school assemblies - to help children understand the dangers associated with social media.

This fundraiser is for 'Parenting Special Children' a charity who helped Olly & his parents when he was diagnosed with Autism.

So there you go, this is why I'm jumping out of a plane at 12,000 feet. Please donate the cost of your daily coffee and help me do something good in memory of Olly.

Thanks for reading, Becs x
