💛 We are The Behaviour Support Hub, and we exist to support parent carers of neurodivergent children and young people, including those with ASD and ADHD. We know that caring for your child can be exhausting. Day-to-day life often leaves you feeling drained, isolated, and stretched to the limit. Navigating services like ALN, CAMHS, and neurodevelopmental assessments can be overwhelming, and many of you face long battles to get the support your children need.
💛 That is why being part of a supportive community makes such a difference. Sharing experiences, having a chat with someone who really gets it, and enjoying simple moments together can bring hope, encouragement, and strength.
💛 One parent shared:
"It was the break I did not know I needed…activities, shared meals and bonding chats helped me recharge and feel connected. It is a chance to heal and look after our children better than the exhausted, broken mess we can often become."
💛 Moments like these are at the heart of what we do. Your support helps us bring parent carers together, run workshops, provide wellbeing activities, and create spaces where you feel understood and supported. Every time you engage, share, or give, you help make sure no parent feels alone and that every family knows they are valued.
💛 This Christmas, we want to celebrate you and the incredible dedication you show every day. Together we can lift families, share hope, and make the festive season brighter. Even a small contribution helps strengthen our community and makes a real difference to families navigating the challenges of everyday life.
💛 From all of us at The Behaviour Support Hub, thank you for being part of our community. We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a hopeful start to the new year.
