This year our little Butterfly Buddies Elves will be helping to decorate Christmas Trees at all the Care Homes and Day Centres we visit to bring a little Christmas joy and to raise money for Age UK Berkshire, a charity which provides health & wellbeing support services for older people across Berkshire to help everyone love later life.

We will once again be selling some wooden Christmas Trees made by my Dad. My Dad has always been handy with wood work and for many years has been making Christmas Trees. A few years ago he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's but still loves to make these trees, which we have sold for a suggested £5 donation to raise money for charity. This year we decided on AgeUK Berkshire as it is a charity that has really supported my Mum and Dad with their Dementia Friendly Groups and Carers Support.
