To celebrate World Down’s Syndrome Day on the 21st March 2025, we are running a cake stall to raise money for 21 Plus, an amazing charity that supports young people with Down’s Syndrome and their families. This is a charity that is close to my heart as they have supported my 9yr old son Oscar and us as a family since he was born. They are a charity based in Monmouthshire, who run weekly talk time sessions, which helps teach the young children sign, speech, maths and much more, a school support service, training, social events and an annual speech and sports camp during the summer holiday. They help children and young people with Downs Syndrome to live full and active life and to reach their full potential. Without 21 Plus many families would be totally lost without their support and they have helped Oscar become the awesome young man he is.
