I am committed to running 100 miles during the month of May as part of the May 100 challenge. This will be no mean feat as I take to hills and lanes around Yorkshire hopefully taking in some beautiful scenery along the way. Wish me luck!

Update from Carmel
Managed a massive 24km yesterday and with all the other activity last week I've now done just over 82 miles. A final push this week should hopefully see me smash my target!
