Southern Brooks is a charity that supports vulnerable people and works to reduce loneliness, isolation and poverty. Every year we host a Christmas Hamper campaign for the most vulnerable individuals and families we work with - and invite local schools, children's centres etc to recommend families who they feel might benefit from these as well.
This year we will be putting together a minimum of 125 hampers to support individuals and families across South Glos. We’re calling on local businesses and the community to get involved to help us reach our goal.
We are seeking donations to help us buy food for the hampers (if funds raised exceed our capacity for providing hampers, they will be used to support ongoing services for vulnerable people in the community).
People receiving our hampers often experience poverty, poor mental health, disability and domestic abuse. They are some of the most vulnerable people living in our communities and the hampers make a big difference.
Please donate to help provide some Christmas cheer to local families and let them know they are not alone.
