Lorn and Oban Healthy Options needs your help - we are forever looking at ways to raise funds to continue to work with people living with or at risk of developing long term conditions. Every little bit helps keep our doors open and hundreds of people able to access our support.
The team of 7 Volunteer Directors and 4 Staff believe passionately about being proactive and innovative in how health, wellbeing and self management is promoted, accessed and supported in our communities.
In a moment of maddness I decided a team entry to Craggy Island Triathalon was a great idea to raise funds and our profile! Now the prospect of a 550m swim, a 14k mountain bike and an 8k run feels a little bit daunting!!! Any donations and words of encouragement would be much appreciated!!
