Our team of staff are committed to improving both physical and mental health and well-being by offering tailored programmes jointly created between clients and our specialist exercise professionals. We provide education, advice and interventions, which include supervised gym sessions, specialist Healthy Options classes, re-ablement services and signposting and support to access existing activities and networks within our community—ie social prescribing. Critically, our service is offered free to circa 75% of our clients. These clients then move onto a subsidised rate at the local leisure centre to remove finance as a barrier to behavioural change. We are leaders in supporting people to learn and integrate positive health behaviours. Why the community needs us
