I am running to help raise money for Bath City Farm. I will be joining a group to keep me motivated and help achieve my goals. Bath City Farm keeps a range of animals that volunteers and staff look after. There are many reasons people volunteer for example to learn new skills and also to meet new people. My favourite tasks are mowing and strimming the grass.
Since working at Bath City Farm i have met loads of new people of various ages. I believe working outside really benefits me as you are learning new skills and gaining exercise. Running the Bath Half for Bath City Farm will be rewarding as the money raised will be going to a brilliant cause.
