In February and March I am running two half-marathons to help raise money for Survivors' Network. This is a charity that my awesome wife is involved in as a trustee. I have just completed my first Half-Marathon on February 26th - finishing in just under 2 hours. At the end of March I will be completing (hopefully) the Hasting half-marathon. Any help would be much appreciated.
