I decided after being trampled by a herd of cows that life  is for living. Battered and bruised and on  the sick I realized how close i had come to an untimely death. How much i loved life and those people in it, my family, friends and those around me. My son Toby  and i decided to walk over a hundred miles in a week to celebrate life and raise money for a local mental health,well-being charity.

It reminded me of whats important in life,so walking together over 7 days for one older man and his son  will be very challenging, but raising money for a local charity will help others who are not so fortunate and provide much needed services.

Next steps Mental health charity is a local charity who support hundreds of people who suffer with mental health, isolation and loneliness. A small amount goes a long way so please dig deep.

Thank you David and Toby (Father and son).
