Debbie was a force of nature—unforgettable in her energy, her creativity, and her heart. She touched the lives of everyone she met, from her witty sense of humour to her boundless spirit of adventure. Whether she was sharing her love of art, or pushing through challenges with strength and independence, Debbie was always unapologetically herself. Her journey was not without its struggles, but she faced them with a tenacity that inspired those around her, and through it all, she never lost her love for life, laughter, and connection.

 “My Mum was wild, fun, outgoing and spontaneous.  She always filled our time together with amazing adventures, We went to art gallery openings, plays, to see giant puppets as big as buildings. She made friends wherever she rolled. I know wherever she is she’ll be happy chatting someone’s ear off, free from what held her back.” – Dominique, Debbie’s daughter.

 “The reason RT resonates is she loved art, and was suicidal more than once in her life. Debbie continued to enjoy art and was teaching other residents in her care home up until her death. I remember her full of life and adventure always with a colourful and arty home. RT ticks all of the boxes Debbie would have wanted in a charity.” Katy – Debbie’s niece
