Day one 2 June 2024
Beano and Emma kindly invited me to join in with fundraising for RT Projects. Having just arrived back off holiday the night before. I was excited for a new challenge. But also because I wanted to be part of raising awareness about how anyone and everyone suffers from poor mental health at some point in their lives.
Art therapy was introduced to me by my sister Mel. My northern angel. So much paint paper and brushes. I was forced. Even though I hadn’t painted since school.
For the first time in a long time. I had a hobby. A calm place; where when I was engrossed in mixing paint, choosing a paint brush and painting a landscape or whatever
So today is day one
Of my challenge/ suggestion from Beano and Emma to paint or draw a picture for a week or a month.
Here goes.
