Gift the gift of YATI to a child or young person from a low-income household.

Each year, YATI directs over £60,000 towards our StageDoor bursary programme, ensuring every child can access our youth theatre, no matter their background or household income. This scheme is a lifeline for local children and their families. To ensure we continue to support those that need us most, we urgently seek local donations to Donate A Place and give the gift of theatre to a child in Islington.

In October 2019, Islington had the highest levels of income deprivation affecting children (IDACI) in London and this has only gotten worse in a post pandemic world (Islington Youth Safety Strategy 2020 - 2025). YATI is a place that offers creativity, community, and joy at a time when access to the arts and meaningful out-of-school activities is unaffordable for lots of families in our community.
