I will be taking part in the Big East triathlon at Maldon in Essex on 2 September 2023. This involves a 750m swim in the River Blackwater, followed by a 25km bike ride and finishing with a 5km run.
I am raising funds for the Red Shed project who provide garden activities and experiences to benefit people living with Dementia, their carers and families.
