The Freedom Youth Club provides a safe space for young asylum seekers and refugees. Most unaccompanied young people arrive in their mid-teen years and are separated from parents/customary care givers, many young people were socially isolated.
Our community dinners' project aims to provide  meal every Friday  during the month of Ramadhan, enabling the young people who maybe fasting an opportunity to eat and share a meal with others. The community dinner will be open to all our young people, emphasising the importance of not being alone.
We are looking for financial donations which will allow us to host 4 dinners  and enable the young people to feel part of the local community.
We aim to serve 50 young people a session.
