Together We is a Community Interest Company in West Cumbria that aims to empower people to learn skills to better manage their own physical and mental health and their overall wellbeing.

I am aiming to raise £200 which will be used to support our Together We Carry service which provides link working and group support to new families in North Cumbria. The funding raised will help to support parents attend appointments by paying for taxi's/public transport and the need will be identified by our amazing link workers and wellbeing midwife team.
