Frame Of Mind Community Interest Company (CIC) are extremely proud to be nominated as the Charity Partner for the 2022 Bognor 10k Run. Moments like this only come along once in a lifetime for small independent organisations such as ourselves' and all our staff, trainees and volunteers will be working very hard to make the event a success.

We may not be as high profile as the national organisations that people may normally run for but small organisations such as ourselves are just as important in delivering the services that local people need.

All money raised will be used to help local people with mental health issues, learning disabilities, autism, living with dementia, forces veterans and carers. We have helped or are helping people from all of these groups and with your support we will continue to help these people in the future.
