Frame of Mind is an independent Community Interest Company. We help hard to reach socially excluded adults with mental health issues/learning disabilities/dementia who are often overlooked by mainstream employers. Our community has a real need for this service. Many of our trainees from Chichester, Bognor Regis and Selsey live in areas that are in the top 10% of wards nationally for occurrences of mental health illness.
Why the community needs us
Our trainees learn picture framing and general business skills in a real business environment. As their confidence grows they become more active members of their community, moving onto volunteering, education and employment. Recovery is at the heart of everything we do. We want our trainees to once again take part in everyday activities that people take for granted.
