Team Fundraisers
Following the cancellation of last years event, I will be taking part in the 2 mile Great north swim. I will be raising money for Special Olympics Sunderland. Special Olympics Sunderland is a sports club based in Sunderland that offers all year round sports coaching and competitions for children and adults of all abilities with intellectual disabilities. The club also offers a wide range of social activities to its members.
The club is completely run by volunteers. These fantastic volunteers help the amazing athletes achieve the highest they can. All money raised will help the volunteers and athletes continue their hard work and keep achieving. The money I raise will help cover the cost of facilities hire, training kit and competition fees.
