Hi, my name is Bec! This year I am running the Leeds 10K for Leeds Women's Aid, an amazing charity providing life-changing support to women and families affected by domestic violence and abuse in Leeds. Every donation ensures Leeds Women's Aid's vital services, such as emergency refuge accommodation and a 24 hour helpline, can continue to help those who need it most.

I am a couch to 5K graduate, which means I completed it once and have not been running since, so this is quite the challenge for me! All donations are much appreciated and I'll be sure to share the journey as we go!
