I’m shaving my hair off to raise money and awareness for brain aneurysms — a cause that is incredibly close to my heart.

I lost both my father-in-law and my aunty to brain aneurysms, and their loss has stayed with all of us every day. Brain aneurysms can strike suddenly, often with little or no warning, and the impact on families is devastating.

By doing this, I hope to honour their memory, raise awareness of how serious this condition is, and help support vital research, education, and support for others affected.

Shaving my hair is a small sacrifice compared to the lives lost, but if it helps spark conversations, increase awareness, or contribute even a little towards preventing future loss, then it’s worth it.

By shaving my hair, I hope to raise awareness, encourage important conversations, and help fund vital research and support services. This is my way of honouring loved ones we’ve lost and helping protect others in the future.
