JUMP children’s charity means a lot to Ivy and has provided her with many memory making days and wonderful photos as a family to remover these days by. They work with children with life limiting conditions to create wonderful memories as a family and also to create a community for the families to be part of. It is a small Warrington based charity who rely on fundraising.
