2nd April is National Walking Day and Grow is inviting people to walk part or all of the South Downs Way in a 10 day period from 28th March to 7th April to raise some much needed funds.
I'm challenging myself to walk 5 miles of the South Downs Way on each of the 10 days resulting in a 50 mile total. This just happens to be the distance from Amberley to Eastbourne which coincidentally marks the furthest points in East and West Sussex which Grow now works from.
Grow has been delivering courses, programmes and one-off days to people in Sussex since 2011, supporting them to connect with nature and with each other to improve their mental health, wellbeing and social connections. We are a small charity that is mighty in results - since we've been running we've worked with well over 2300 people in ways that they've described as life-enhancing, life-changing and even life-saving.
Your donation will help us to continue this vital work - thank you 💚
