Do one thing every day that scares you. It's character building.
So on 16th July I'm going to jump out of a plane!!!
But this isn't just about me. Its about mental health and Bank House. Recent statistics show that 84% of us will, at some point of our lives, suffer with our mental health. Such a high percentage makes me wonder why it's such a taboo? No one is embarrassed about having a bad back or a sore throat.
It is even more poignant this week given the news that Bank House Swadlincote is having to make redundancies to keep afloat.
Don't let this valuable local life line disappear!
