About

Hi, we are Kerry and Kim - two amateur runners, who are sisters, and will be challenging ourselves to run in the Retford Half Marathon on the 5th March 2023.

We are doing this challenge on behalf of Harmless/The Tomorrow Project, which are a Nottinghamshire based organisation who support the prevention of suicide and self harm.

We want to raise awareness of mental health, suicide and self-harm and support those who are experiencing distress. The ONS report that around 115 people die by suicde in the UK each week, of which 75% of those deaths are Male. It is a scary reality that 1 in 5 people have suicidal thoughts at some point in their lives.

Any donation will be greatly appreciated, and will motivate our commitment/training even more. Your donation will help raise awareness, challenge stigma and encourage those in need to get the support they deserve via a fantastic organisation.

Kind Regards
Kerry & Kim
