Launching on World Kidney Day, Kilometres for Kidneys will commence on the 9th of March until the 9th of April 2023. All funds raised will be donated to the refurbishment project for the Children's Kidney Centre, Cardiff. World Kidney Day 2023 is about kidney health for all and this year, the focus is preparing for the unexpected and supporting the vulnerable.
The Kilometres for Kidneys Challenge is to walk or run a distance of your choice in 31 days!
Choose 1 Challenge:
1. 10km - complete a distance of 10km within the month time limit.
2. 10km in 10 days - take on a ten day challenge and complete1km per day for 10 consecutive days.
3. 100km - for those who want a bigger challenge! Complete a distance of 100km within the month
4. 100km in 10 days - for an extraordinary challenge, complete 10km a day for 10 consecutive days!
BINGO! - Look out for a Kilometres for Kidneys Bingo Card with easy challenges to complete on your walk or run - don't forget to tag us in pictures of your Bingo challenges on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Registration Fee: £15 (1 person - Includes Medal and Certificate on completion of your chosen challenge)
- Your Welcome Pack will be sent to you by the 9th of March. This will include, Event Welcome, Bingo Card with easy challenges to complete on your run or walk, Distance Log, Training Tips and Information, Sponsor Form, and Fundraising Tips.
