Hi Everyone

This year I am taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon and in just over 3 weeks time I shall be taking on the 13.1 miles around Cardiff! This time last year I could barely run 5km!

A.A.S.C is the ONLY dedicated support group in Wales providing invaluable advice, support and signposting for victims of asbestos disease and their families. A.A.S.C continue to raise awareness about the dangers of asbestos and the impact it continues to have depsite being banned over 20 years ago.

Any spare pennies will be so gratefully received by this wonderful charity that relies solely on donations.
