I’m running for Off the Record in the Bath Half 2019 reluctantly , although so far I am enjoying the training. I decided to run for them due to a loss of a friend from suicide who was only 17. I feel passionately about mental health in young people and that we need to offer more help and try and break the stigma attached especially in males. I want to try and challenge myself and set a goal of 1:30.I hope to raise a lot of money for this fantastic cause.
