Imagine a world without the arts – Let’s make sure we never have to
What would the world look like without music, theatre, poetry, or dance? How would we express joy, pain, or hope if we had no stories to tell? Where would we turn when words alone aren’t enough?
I co-founded Many Minds, a mental health and performance charity 7 years ago because I believe in the power of creativity to build community, connect, and transform lives.
For so many people facing mental health challenges, the arts aren’t just a luxury—they’re a lifeline. A way to be seen, to be heard, to belong.
I’ve witnessed firsthand how stepping into a creative space can rebuild confidence, offer relief from isolation, and spark hope where there was once darkness. Many Minds provides that space, but we can’t do it alone.
With your support, we can continue running workshops, performances, and projects that give people struggling with their mental health the chance to rediscover themselves and connect with others. Your donation isn’t just funding art—it’s giving someone a reason to keep going.
I’ve taken part in many fundraisers over the years and came across some of my favourite moments while looking back at old photos. While this might not be my most ambitious challenge to date, I’m especially excited because this time, I’m running alongside a team of Many Minds supporters and members. There’s something incredible about coming together for a shared goal—exactly what Many Minds creates for so many people every day.
