About OCTOBER?
Hey, I’m Laura and self harm is something that has controlled my life since I was 13 years old, I’m now 23 at 21 I started SH dangerously and it has taken me till now to start to get this under control! Nobody plans on becoming a self harmer it just happens as a way of coping and before you know it you’ve fell down a massive rabbit hole and you are struggling to get out? This charity support people suffering from this and raise awareness for people like me! Through out October my goal is to stay self harm free/ alcohol free/ and Psychiatric ward admission free, this is a huge step for me and Any donation will be appreciated more than you will ever know!! A year ago well even a month ago I never thought this would be a goal I could even consider but here we go??
