The Prospects Trust is no ordinary charity. Based at Snakehall Farm in rural Cambridgeshire, it’s a care farm and social enterprise that’s been “growing differently” since 1989. Through organic farming, horticulture, and retail social ventures, the Trust provides meaningful, work-based learning opportunities for Co-workers — adults with additional needs. These Co-workers work shoulder to shoulder with staff and volunteers, gaining confidence, skills, and independence in an inclusive and nurturing environment.

Giving Back Through Skills and Support

As a recruitment agency, we understand how powerful it is to feel work-ready and confident in your abilities. That’s why, beyond raising funds, we’re rolling up our sleeves and getting directly involved.

This year, members of the Xpert Resourcing team will be supporting Prospects Trust Co-workers with practice interviews, CV coaching and work-readiness sessions — helping to build real-world confidence for future employment opportunities. We’re excited to bring our recruitment expertise to a cause that truly aligns with our values.

Raising Funds to Help Them Grow

To help The Prospects Trust continue its amazing work, we’ll also be fundraising with a team challenge walk on October 10th, walking from our office in Ely to Snakehall Farm in Reach – a total of 13 miles!
