Team Fundraisers
Both myself & Boom Box Shell will be running the London Vitality Big Half Marathon for an awesome charity close to my heart in March this year.
As some of you may already know my dad had a huge heart attack back in August last year and was lucky enough to have got to hospital in time and is now doing well. However, he did have to be shocked back in to rhythm in the Ambulance, without that defibrillator used by ambulance staff it doesn’t bare thinking about. Others aren’t half so lucky and having defib’s available locally to use massively increases chances of survival.
Shell and I will be running for a fab charity raising money to get defibrillators in to schools and local communities. Anything you can give would greatly appreciated. #savinglives
